Can't Host SoaSE game don't know if I can play online either havent tried that though

I get the router/firewall error when trying to host a game on Ironclad Online I have a Netgear WGT624 v3 and I run McAfee Security Center, I run Windows Vista, I have uPnP enabled, and I have a dynamic IP address so I don't think any Port Forwarding will work.

I'm hoping a port triggering solution will suffice if I need port forwarding done.

So I called Stardock Techsupport and they said my question is better answered by Ironclad

Yeah, because Stardock is the publisher. You can email [email protected] or see the stickied guide by Monk :P

The problem is, I wonder if I can use the solution of opening ports, I have been led to believe port forwarding is not a option for Dynamic IP's but my Dynamic IP doesnt change alot because its still broadband so I'm wondering?

You mean the WAN IP (Internet IP) that your Netgear WGT624 is receiving is dynamic? No problems there. My ISP also assigns me a dynamic internet IP. Where you can run into problems is, when your LAN IP (your PC's IP) is dynamic and assigned by DHCP instead of being static.

With your setup you shouldn't have any problems at all following/implementing the instructions in my guide (Networking and SINS) which Ron already linked to. If you do have problems with my guide, please contact me and I'll be glad to talk you through it step-by-step.
