Error during install

error reading file

Sorry if this has already been posted but the search didn't show anything.

When I first tried to installed the game I this error "Error reading from file: E:\data\OFFLINE\CA21f9c0\1FDC88E4\CapitalBuff_BlackOutSmall.particle. Verify that the file exits and that you can access it.

Please help?

Try copying the contents of the DVD to your hard drive then installing it from there, or installing with windows in safe mode. If neither of those work, you may have a bad disc. In that case, you can simply register your cd-key and download the entire game via Stardock Central, or you can exchange it at the store for another copy.

kryo how do i do that, just open the disk in windows explorer than copy the files?
