What does this mean?

While downloading stuff from off Wincustomize, I got this really strange p[opup message

"Sorry, somthing went wrong when trying to add your rating"

Any clues as to what this means?

maybe it means you're in a hurry, moused over to download to quick, and it got confused thinking your were trying to rate?

Try clearing the cache of your internet browser.

Also should you have clicked on the rating button instead of the download but not selected anything you could get this message. This also occurs if you click the rating button on your own work.
