Account Creation problem

My friend was unaware that the email address he gave to create his account recently became unavailable and is unable to validate his account. He has sent in an email and has yet to get a response from the support staff. Can anyone help?

Did he send the email to [email protected]? That's the correct venue for contact as far as I know, so they should be able to help him.

Yes he did send it to that address. If there is a way that they could change the email address on his pending account, that would be nice.
