direct skin / windows blinds

hi there,
so because i can´t find an extra "direct skin" forum i try to post here. (if there is a special direct skin " forum maybe someone give me a link!)
right now i have to look for an opputunity to create a new look&feel of my companies software.
our software is purchased worldwide and it´s now written in vb6 but i am on the way to migrate it to .net(visual studio 2005)
as i searched the net i landed on the stardock website. then i found "direct skin". wow exactly the thing i´m (we) looking for.
so i downloaded the direct skin 5 demo version. created a new vb.net project, added the ocx file, added the control on the main form, created a menue like "skin -> skin1 - >skin2 .." and it works!! no problem!! so the demo version got several skins (skin folders with an uis file, bmp oder png and wba files f.e).. so i have some questions...

1)on the stardock website it goes like "involve windows blind skins without installing/having windows blinds installed" .... can anybody tell me how to do that??? (vb.net)

2)as i said above, the demo has some skins to use(ask the "owner" for permission to use it.. o.k.! but where can i get more of these skins to use in direct skin????

the thing is that i have to make some good suggests (programms) for my CEO. i know that you can use direct studio to create your own skins.. but this will take too much time and i´m not like an grafik pro^^

so, if someone can help me with that or give me some contacts/links that would be very nice!!

all the best
