ObjectDock randomly freezes and becomes unresponsive

Which is, y'know, a bit of an inconvenience

Ahoy, chaps.

ObjectDock+ has a horrible tendency to freeze up on me, becoming totally unresponsive. Clicking on it places a horrible big black box behind the tab I click on. Like this:

The only option I have is to close ObjectDock+ and to restart it. This is a tad on the annoying side, especially when you consider that it's now happening roughly every ten minutes. I'm not sure what's causing the crash. I've disabled a bunch of programs which run at startup which might be conflicting with OD+, but nothing seems to make any difference.

I'm running Vista Home Premium. My system specs can be found at the bottom of this page. If anyone is able to help, I'd be most grateful.

I haven't seen that error in a ton of versions.
What version (build #) are you using?
Do you use Stardock Central to manage yoru updates?
Are you video drivers current?

Do you have any Docklets added like Rss readers etc? if so try removing them one at a time and testing.. You may find a docklet could be the cause...
