OD No Longer Letting Me Add or Move File or Folders

Stopped working about three days ago

About three days ago, without any warning, I stopped being able to add files or folders to my dock via drag and drap. I also can no longer move the folders around on the bar. I can manually create a new shortcut, but once it's there, it no longer is able to be repositioned on the dock. I've tried everything, and no, the dock is not locked. Very confused!

Everything sounds like your locked.

Can you verify?
Also post version and build data.

on the Zoom do you have LOCK DRAGGING checked

to see right click an empty spot 3rd word down if checked un-check.

on the Tabb dock right click an empty spot on the VIEW (at the top) a sub menu will come up
at the bottom of this menu if checked un-check LOCK ICON DRAGGING

Regular, not Plus.
When I right click the dock, I get a completely different menu. Nowhere do I have the option of view like the image above.
