Graphical problem with WB6.

Okay, I'm having a new problem. For several skins I tried, I've gotten the same "glitch." In the bottom left hand corner, near the start menu, I have a "transperant" looking error, thats not on the right side. If I mess around in windows, and click things, it also "twitches". I've posted 2 screenshots to show you what I mean.

This is with Vienna Vista:

And this is with Arzo.

Thanks.

Okay, I seemed to have fixed the problem with the skins, by not using the "Vista-ize me" command, but now I have a new problem. When using those 2 skins, the text is all...distorted on the "command line" in windows that are not maximized.

Sorry for the double..err triple posts?

Looks like more of an issue with whatever browser your using.. does explorer do the same thing?

Nope, the text is fine with IE. Gah, just noticed another "problem." If I use the "Explorer Windows" setting, the background for it disappears when the window is maximized.

The background switching to white on maximizing with explorer window overrides is normal.  Vista does not allow transparency to be used when the window is maximized and white was felt to be a better choice than using the textures without alpha channels.

The grey bar on the left is due to a limitation of the DWM in Windows Vista.  If you have blur enabled it has a minor glitch with the bottom left corner.  A skin author can avoid this by either not using blur on the taskbar, or adding a line to the skin to tell WB that inactive windows should not use the glass map.
