HELP!!!!!!!!!

First off you'll need to register the game to your email address. You can do this by going here (log in with your forum details at the top right if need be) and entering your serial key from the game.

Once you are registered, in the popup that opens when you try to run the game at home, enter your email address from your forum account and the serial key, and try to continue. It will try and fail since you don't have internet, and offer you an option to use email. You'll need to copy and paste a subject line and a block of gibberish to notepad and save it to a floppy/CDR/USB drive, then take it to a net connected machine and email it off as directed. You'll then get a file in reply to place in the galciv2 folder on your home machine to let it run.

Ive send the generated mail but there is now answer jet. how long can i wait?? 

It should generally be pretty quick unless there is a porblem. Make sure it didn't get caught in a spam filter.

ive sendet the mail three times because there was the first and second time litle copy mistakes. what do you mean with "Make sure it didn't get caught in a spam filter."

If you have a spam/bulk filter, check that you didn't get a response and it was automatically placed there.

If you have no spam filtering or it isn't in there, and you haven't gotten anything in a few hours, post back here and I can have support check on it.

i did. The program has generated an e-mail with the subject line (Product Activation Request [Galactic Civilizations 2]) and the body Line (a long code and my email adress). I have copy both into the e-mail and ssend it to [email protected] (4 times) but recieved no answer.
