Will these run?

Is it possible to run this at highest textures, effects, lightning at 1024 x 768 (no aa, shadows if there r any, vsync) in  MASSIVE battles, 5-7 ai players (if thats even possible) and be at around 15+ frame rates? Cause this game sounds alot like Supreme Commander and that didnt run too well at big battles which was kinda disappointing.

Intel(R) Pentium(R) D CPU 2.80GHz 2.79GHz

256mb Geforce 7900GS (overclocked)

2.5GB RAM

Vista 32bit

You think the CPU can run it at max everything (no aa) in huge battles?

Hmm, I think you shouldn't be too bad off, I don't think.

I've got the following system, and I had no real trouble, aside from a slowdown to about 20fps or so, after jumping a 100-ship fleet into a pirate planet with ~800 pirate ships in it. And lost only *thinks* 25 ships, in the course of obliterating the pirate presence in that solar system. :D

AMD Athalon 64 Dual Core 4000+ 2.11 GHz

256mb GeForce 8600 GT

2 GB ram

Vista 32bit

And I run it with everything maxed out, with x2 AA. Sins is very friendly with older hardware.

You (probably... this game keeps surprising us!) won't be able to run at highest, but "high" shouldn't be a problem most of the time. You might need to back it down for larger games, however.

Dessirris, you have a true dual core machine. He has a Pentium D, which has dual core capabilitites, but may not be true dual-core. This may make a huge difference.
