Good Job

hello everyone

I'm a French 30 years old man and I write this short post to say 2 things :

  1. Good job Stardock ! I have been playing strategy games for ages now and I ran into GalCivII one month ago and I thought wtf ??!! I missed this one! So I bought it online and I have been playing it with so much pleasure and fun and interest that I only can say "good job" and "thank you" to Stardock ! Keep up the good work !
  2. Good job the community ! I spent all my spare time playing GalCivII and reading the forums, especially the AARs. I am definitly impressed how some players put all their brain functions to get the maximum out of the game and make it live, and I mean when you read the stories, live.
I go back to crushing the whole universe with my custom Dreadnaughts ^_^

Yea, it's a great game. Glad you didn't miss out on it! And yes, there are lots of intelligent people posting tons of information about the game in these forums. It makes the game that much more interesting. Also, compliments on your excellent english.

Are "AARs" when people write stories about their game?

I used to read the ones written by Stardock people when GC2 was first in beta (before the expansions).

If that's what AARs are, anyone got some links to the best (recent) ones?
