I'll take a stab at this one. Could well be one of my all time favs - Sustenance by Kol. The blue skin.

looks like windows xp media center edition to me, it's close to Kol's sustenance skin but I think this is just the default blue xp mce skin. Not a wb I'm afraid - I could be wrong though.

Agreed, because if it was WB, those buttons would be skinned.
