No changes - apart from colour

Hi folks,

I downloaded the shareware-version of WindowsBlinds to test it. This is the data:

WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 6.02 (build 44 x86) - Shareware
WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC
Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
(Default Monitor) 1 is attached to Mobile Intel(R) 945GM Express Chipset Family

I tried to change the skin to "Diamond" but nothing happened. The only thing that changed is the color of the windows - but the taskbar and all the rest did not change (no rounded and centered taskbar. No rounded windows. No transparency etc.).

Any insight would be much appreciated!

Have you ever installed (not necessarily used) Windowblinds before?
The trial is time sensitive and uninstall/reinstall will not restart the timing. The time starts when you first install it.

If that's not the case, you might want to uninstall>reboot>reinstall>reboot
Note that the reboots are important. If that doesn't work let us know what other customization software you may have installed. Sometimes they conflict.

Thanks for your reply. This is the first time I installed WindwsBlind - and there are no further customization tools installed.

I rebooted several time with no effect. Interesting is: Once I try to change the appereance (before: XP Style) the system changes to an appearance that's similar to the classic theme. This is really strange...

ObjectDock - Access shortcuts and frequently used applications from an animated dock.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I really don't know why - but not it works - this is really strange. I did nothing but an (uncounted) additional reboot and now everything is fine.
