My Opinion about woman vs male.

The female activists of our country's history and future have made alot of improvements. yes, women can work in a non desk or teacher facility and be paid as much as a man if not more due to experience. A woman can stand with a man and be considered equal now. Women vote like men do.
Still in many factories and businesses, woman are still put as a second. A boss will choose a male emploee over a female not for experience but because they prefer or believe one sex is still better then the other. In many areas women are still taken advantage of in many ways. To stop this from occuring women need to stand up to the people in charge with out a fear of loosing ones job.
Women, we need to stand up to our employers and managers and tell them we will not stand for the thought of a man being stronger or more intellectual inclined but that women are equal to men. In the 1800's and 1900's women disquised themselves to look like men not because they wanted to be like them but to support there families and to prove to themselves that they are just as intelligent and strong as a man and in some cases stronger.
