Difficulty: Anomalous?

I just finished a game on normal difficulty, ending with a score of around 2300. But in the metaverse the game's given a "difficulty: anomalous" and a score of 0. I noticed while I was playing that the various graphics for the combat ships (actually only Battle Axes and up) had disappeared. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Yup sounds like the metaversa has tagged you for modifying the game or something.

Yeah, but I haven't modified anything. I just have the patch and the bonus pack and multimedia stuff from Stardock Central. Someone else who posted in one of the bug threads had the same problem and resubmiting his game worked, but it didn't work for me. It bothers me because it gives the impression that I tried to cheat (at least it does to me), but there's nothing I can do about it so I guess I'm stuck with it.

Try resubmitting it, someone else posted that they got that 'Anomalous' warning but later when they attempted a repost the Metaverse took it.
