Only in America are people able to voice their opinions, have debates and write about it.
I have an opinion about the Scott Peterson double murder trial. Is Scot Peterson guilty? I don't think so.
LE has focused on Scott Peterson from the beginning and their No. 1 suspect. LE did not seek out any other suspects. Therefore, the killer or killers are still out there and able to again commit a horrific murder.
Many have voiced their opinions from around the world. Most say he is guilty. Why? Is it just human nature to hate before we know the person? Or come to a conclusion just to be with the majority? I think it's to be with the majority. It makes people feel strong because they agree with the many. If you agree with the many, it makes you safe from criticism. Those who have their own opnion are the stronger. The weak will go with the majority.
The Prosecution in this case is trying to present a circumstantial evidence case with hardly no evidence to convince me and even maybe the jury that Scott Peterson is guilty. The Defense in this case has slammed the Prosecution turning each and every witness into a Defense witness. As of this date, the Defense has yet to put on their case. I am certain, the Defense case will be outstanding and will bring to light the innocence of Scott Peterson.
All we can do, is hope that our judicial system will work and not put an innocent person on death row.
