Feature Suggestions: GalCiv Replay

It would be great, if galciv had support for replays. What I mean by replays, is a feature that when you play, you could turn on recording which would save every position of your mouse and screen to a file. Then people could record of how they play, what they click, when they click etc, so that some of the newer and less skilled players could see some of the tactics that are employed of the more elites and learn. It would be essential though that you have some controls with that like fast forward, rewind, 2x 4x playback, jump to time index. It would also be crucial that position of the screen would be kept just as if you were watching someone play infront of your eyes. I don't think it is that difficult to code. Post your suggestions.
