It's pretty vile, but it's still funny! I guess now they are considering filing criminal charges on top of the lawsuit, and rightfully so! Dumping a septic tank into a river is just WRONG!

The article says they were "travelling cross town to their hotel". What would posess someone to stop in the middle of a bridge and do this, IN TOWN. They had to have been on crack. Sounds like broad daylight, too. I mean it isn't like stopping to get gas. Something just inspires you to suddenly stop your trip and drain the sewage?

Surely the driver was rented with the bus, and the fault doesn't rest with the band itself.

YOu don't think the band would ask the driver what he was doing stopping on a bridge?  I think if I were one of the boat passengers that got covered in human waste, I would hold the band responsible.  It is pretty difficult to picture the seen without a gag and a chuckle
