This letter is both interesting and insightful. The concept of love has become totally devalued in our civilization. It has almost become a synonym of sexual intercourse or lust that leads to it. Love is a special relationship between two beings. They are so drawn to each other that their souls merge and become one. Entering the body is only one aspect of unification. Anastasia experiences profound love to Christ and part of it is an inner course, which leads to spiritual unity and bliss. This certainly is more fascinating and valuable than the sensation of contentment after watching "Terminator 6". We may not be able to follow her path, at least not now, and feel ecstasy accompanying the spiritual meeting with God or a human being. Yet, this letter gives a lot to think about, makes us stop in everyday rush and ponder... Hey, wind_swept_mind, your attitude reminds me of the good will of inquisitors from middle ages. They knew the truth even before the first question was asked. Let me point out a few issues, which you seem to have ignored.

There is nothing more valuable in our world than someone's trust in sharing their feelings. You have broken this trust. Emotions are beyond judgement. You will not be condemned for your dreams of rape or for what you do alone in your room. Only when you destoy a human being, through your actions or words, only then you deserve comtempt. You hurried to much - you threw a stone without a bit of understanding and went away.

The ego is not a problem. The problem is universal ignorance about the ego. Why don't you send all your money to starving children in Africa? Because you have an ego, which looks after itself and thanks to which you are still alive. Do you give blood every month or three to your local Emergency or Hospital? If you do I admire you. If you don't I think you have a big ego which puts your well-being much higher than the health of sick people and victims of accidents. Are you happy that you earn more than your collegue? Of course, you can afford a better car and more exotic holidays. Why do you earn more? Because you work two hours longer every day or because you have a higher position? Your education is probably the achievement of your parents more than yours and your intelligence is on hire from Life, not your possession. You will have to return it one day. The ego is not a problem, but what one does with it.

You are so eager to conclude that someone has been possessed by satan! Anastasia was brave enough to share deep emotions of beauty and awe she experienced while meeting the God and interacting with Him/Her. We don't know if you are an atheist, you didn't bother to tell us. If so, your irony is evil and you have against yourself billions of people in the world who one way or another believe in God. If you do in fact believe in God, has your local preacher told you that there is only one way of experiencing God and Her/His creation? If so, then you are both guilty of stupidity, as you have condemned Franciscans, Sufis and mystics of all religions, Christianity included.

Wind_swept_mind, I could go on and on. I am afraid you would not listen. You should have thanked Anastasia for the privilige of learning about her experiences and if you have any problems with her writing it would have been much more constructive had you explained your position. We could all benefit. You too.

I ponder every day if it will ever be possible to be safe, open and trustful on our planet. Of course, I will never find the answer. The reality is too complicated to predict the future. But I consider many options and try to calculate the probability of them occurring. Unfortunately, none of the conclusions is optimistic.

Take the single sentence of the anonymous persona named Mark. He obviously ridicules you, compares you to Belzebub, or Satan. Only because you have the courage to speak in favour of women. Noone knows much about God. The best proof is the number of religions that exist. The relationship with God depends on faith or belief, which is very personal. At least it should be. If you went on a mission to destroy other religions or people belonging to other denominations, then a fight would ensue and ridiculing would be natural. But all you do is sharing your personal experiences and feelings. You do not harm anyone, do not send spam trying to convert others. You open up and let those who are interested get to know you better... I will not fight with Mark. He will probably not come here any more after having done a good deed for the traditional male-oriented christianity. I would like to reassure you that girls and women are respected not only by themselves. My conviction is that God has nothing to do with genders. If God, as the Bible teaches, created people in God's own image, neither sex would get more favours.

Girls and women are the beauty of human race. They give more than men, are more sensitive than men, more gentle, kind, less blind "progress"-oriented. Whereas a man often gets satisfaction from possessing, a girl values emotional experience. A man will keep filling his box with new objects, a girl will use things she has in her basket to play with friends, will turn her talents into dreams, create fairy-tales, will fill the time with beauty.

Anastasia, do not give up. Look after yourself and stay safe. Do not expose your rich soul to blunt and arrogant relatives of belzebub, unless you have a safe escape. The faces of all the people who have lived on Earth would not be enough to convey the richness of the Creator. Male faces would be the embodiment of the greatest lie, were it not for the soft beauty of a girl's face, loving and sensitive...

Hey “old friend”!!! Hey “wind swept mind” !!! If you try to dig out a rock from someone’s eye, why don’t you pull out a grain of sand from yours first? What is your motive of arguing with Anastasia? You need lessons in sociology, too.
* Seduction is normal. Everyone does it one way or another. Being polite, well-dressed and behaving like a gentleman may disguise your true motives. I suppose all human beings above 15 know what true male motives are.
* A need for attention is also universal. We are all looking for someone, who will satisfy our needs and if they do, we will care about them and fulfil their needs so that they stay with us. If Anastasia does not care, it might mean she does not wish to see you around, as you bring more misery than happiness. What do you think? If you once felt seduced by Anastasia, did she promise you a lot?…
* Egoism and being self-centered are not nice characteristics. We all remember other children pulling nice toys from our hands and stealing money that mum had given us for the tuck shop. But were you bothered when an egoistic child was sitting alone, playing alone, smiling and laughing to iself and not talking to others, because she/he was self-centred? I suppose this form of egoism did not worry you. Then why does Anastasia’s attitude concern you? What do YOU really want from her?

Nikki, using sarcarsm to FIGHT someone, who shares personal experiences and feelings is the method of desperados and cowards. I feel you are not a bad person and you are ridiculing Anastasia only because this is what your social nvironment has taught you and now you are repeating it subconsciously.

Calling Jesus "he/she" god is not equal with regarding Christ as a hermaphrodite. By the way, there are many types of hermaphroditism: you may have an ovary and testis, you may have two atrophic ovaries and a male body, you may have XY chromosomes (male genetic sex) but a female body, part of your organism may be composed of cells containing XX chromosomes and part of cells with XY chromosomes…, just to mention a few. I am not suggesting you become a specialist in gender genetics, anatomy, physiology and psychology, but if you are interested, you might consult medical textbooks or deviate from your surfing habits for at least a few minutes.

Has it crossed your mind that Anastasia's concept of he/she god may be a metaphor? Do you truly believe that God is of the male gender? If so, don't read further - one cannot argue with beliefs, which do not leave room for alternative ideas.

If God was male, I would not have a foggiest idea what it would mean. I bet the God does not have a penis (it would have to be an infinitely long dick, can you imagine this?), I do not think that God regards males as his equivalent and females as miserable beings who develop from a male rib (unless you feel so), I doubt God has a goddes with whom he has some sort of sexual intercourses (imagine a foreplay lasting half the infinity). Perhaps you could explain.

To me, Anastasia's relationship with he/she god is above all the bond of love. Love is so enormous that it spans our whole being: from primitive and crude instincts of chasing the opposite sex and rape, through our human mixture of emotions like jealousy and a wish of self-sacrifice and bodily actions like tender touch and rough sex to... unknown to most of us loving bond with God. Anastasia tries to translate her feelings and thoughts, which are in fact impossible to translate, for the readers, including YOU. She therefore uses various poetic means to convey the depth and width of her experiences. You might find the duo "inner course" as the opposite to "intercourse" as the easiest to understand. Or perhaps you will realise that Anastasia does not have sex with Jesus, but relates to God's child as her lover. Do not be surprised that she talks about bliss: this is a word, which most closely describes her feeling of happiness resulting from being close to, or even mutually within, Christ.

Your idea that Anastasia has eaten too many mushrooms begs for a test of your IQ. If you want to criticise the picture of Anastasia, how about you post yours and we will discuss how to improve your diet? If you think that Anastasia is too slim, remember that rats and mice that eat 1/3 of food given to normally fed animals live 3 times longer. If the result of this experiment does not apply to all humans, perhaps it will apply to you? "Truly think about this".
