Singer Rick James died in his sleep this morning, of unknown causes.  He was 56.

It seemed he wa s getting his life back together after prison, so kinda sad to see.

I was watching Dave Chappelle's show just last week and he was doing a Rick James skit......I saw that and it cracked me up!  Then I hear he died.....so sad.

I heard the news on the radio this afternoon.  At least Vanilla Ice got to meet him on The Surreal Life   Seriously though, 56 is way too young to die and they said it was "natural causes".  I guess he got an infection following a recent surgery.  Very sad.
