Guess what, lads 'n lassies!?!?!

I HAVE A JOB!!!!!

That's right, a job! And not just any job, but a real-deal, fair dinkum, 110% full-time job as a journalist!!

*jumps around the room like a crazy person*

After weeks of waiting and praying, the newspaper where I did my work experience has confirmed not only do they want me working for them but they want me to start on Tuesday! Yesterday my editor (MY editor!) took me to the office where I will be working and showed me around the area. It was so cool! I also filled out a whole bunch of paperwork so they can pay me. Woohoo! I'm going to be earning a full-time salary!

This is such a huge, exciting thing for me as well as being a bit scary at the same time. As well as working I will also be finishing uni full-time which will be a pretty crazy juggling act but I feel like it will all be fine.

There is so much more I could say about it but I'll leave it there. I'll try to keep you posted on how it all goes!

Congradulations!!! I hope I find a job over the next few weeks. Lord knows I need some income so i can live.

Teegs that's so great -- I keep checking your blog for news and finally I have some - for ages all you had was rhapsody in C - which was nice -- and I kept writing random blogs about nothing - I think I've got 6 now and you haven't seen any of them

I must say this is a pretty lame way to find out information about your best friends life though

thanks bina i actually found this out last THURSDAY but have just not had the time to sit down and blog about it. i've had a little glance over a couple of the blogs 'o randomness but again, barely time to comment.
