Creating a Wormhole??

Maybe it's a stupid question but i couldn't find anything in the manual/forums/online reference about how to create a wormhole. Is that even possible? I believe i got all the technologies researched...

You can't. They just ran out of fancy tech names so they dropped the word "wormhole" in there
