I live in Lorain,Ohio where there is a murder trial involving a woman suspected of murdering her 4 year old son. This woman has lived here all her life. My BF went to High School with her. Ha, suspected, there is no evidence to prove her innocence only her guilt. There was a fire at her home in which she escaped but her son died. Then the horrible evidence began to show up. He was drugged with codiene and wrapped in a blanket like a papoose. There was evidence that pointed showed it was arson. The mother and son where the sole occupants and the police never had any other suspects as the mom was a loner and no one visited. Then this womans story began to change rapidly. She was arrested and spent a few months in jail. During this time she was in isolation because the other inmates wanted to kill her. The judge posted her bond at $1,000,000. Somehow this disgusting excuse for a human being was able to post 10% of her bond.

My friend was using my pc to check his yahoo personals account today went we heard heard him freaking out. We came into the room to find on the screen that this wretched woman had posted a personals profile right after she got out. She even showed interest in his profile. We were literally sick to our stomachs. She took all kinds of nice pictures of herself for it and as one last slap in the face of her son's memory she listed that she had no children. As if she didn't have a son who lived and then died a tragic death. What has our justice system come to when a woman murders her son, is jailed until his trial,is given a million dollar bond,is able to post bond and then seek love over the internet?

has she been convicted?  im confused because you said she was jailed til the trial, then bail was set and shes out on bond now.  some sort of appeal?  is this a homicide case or ?

If she posted bond she still has to stand trial she just will not be incarcerated during it.

Tell me about it! I just think that someone who has commited such a terrible crime shouldn't be able to live a life like they are a normal, law-abiding citizen. It disgust me. Hell even in prison they live a better life than a lot of people on the "outside" do but thats a whole diffrent can of worms!

I can't believe that. My God....that is a truly sick demented bitch.....I'm sorry but that's the cleanest description I've got for her....killing her son and then trying to act like nothing happend and finding a date on the internet....there's nothing I can say that expresses my rage to the fullest extent.....that's just sick........

I am glad that I am not the only one who is outraged by this. I even wrote a letter to the editor in the paper. I hope it gets put in the paper so everyone knows what this sick bitch is up to. I highly doubt it though, since the trial isnt finished. Someone on our street put a big sign on their lawn that said "KILL THE BITCH" but they were forced to take it down. So what the law is trying to say to us is that a murderess can have the freedom to find love on the internet but we can't express our outrage at the cruel murder of an innocent child!

I am by no means sympathizing with this twisted person, but I'm not surprised the "Kill the bitch" sign was taken down. You should send a plate of cookies or something to those people, they just publicized what everyone in your community and now the JU community think of her.

The justice system needs to step back, pry their noses away from the technicalities of the law, and look at what she's done. Some murderers, rapists, and thieves get off with virtually a slap on the wrist, which is ridiculous. This crazy lady should be put away for the rest of her life, which I think should be shortened anyway via a little injection.

Ok, I'm gonna have to use my gift of mercy on this one. I know, I am stupid for doing so, but I am with delong when he says to lock her up for the rest of her life, but I DON'T think she should be injected. I'm sorry, but I honestly just don't believe we have the right to say someone "deserves" death.

Now I probably sound like I'm on her side doesn't it? Well, I hope not, because I don't THINK she should still be walking for the crime she commited. They should have broken her legs and/or perhaps her arms to show to her what it is like to be helpless.

I just have one more thing to point out. This child is going to heaven and God is going to be the one to decide if she has a happy ending or not.

Outrage is warranted but not rage that duplicates the same sick temperament as the perpetrator.
