I am a human rights activist and am the co-ordinator of a forum called HUMANRIGHTS WATCH.in my crusade against injustices , i have myself sufferred various injustices.the law enforcement agencies are simply passing on my complaint from one to other. i have sufferredfollowing injustices,
1. i was not permitted to appear before the JAIN COMMISSION OF ENQUIRYprobing late p.m. rajiv gandhi's assassination case.
2.my news paper publications THE TESTUDO & VOICE OF CRUSADER were forcibly closed.
3.i have sufferred physical assaults,attempt on my life & threatened of implications in criminal cases,third degree torture torture by police.
4.the job oppurtunities of mine in R.B.I. CURRENCY NOTE PRESS, N.I.E. MYSORE, P.E.S. COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING MANDYA were illegally snatched away.
I have repeatedly complained to various constitutional functionaries , H.E. president of india,primeminister of india,chief justice of india,chairman of national human rights commission & central vigilance commissioner. my complaints included various issues concerning national unity & integrity, public safety & health, transparent governance,etc.they didn't take proper action at all.the negligence of constitutional duties by these V.V.I.Ps is aiding the crimes of terorrists,anti-nationals.they have violated my fundamental/human rights with respect to
a.right to life&liberty
b.right to information&expression
c.right to equality&equitable justice
thereby , they are also obstructing me from performing my FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES.the police are not listening to my pleas nor the judiciary is listening to my pleas.the supreme court ,karnataka,mysore legal aid committies are not even replying to my pleas.
these V.V.I.Ps are violating the fundamental/human rights of all indians, not just mine.in my crusade against these injustices i utterly need legal help.
