Cannot update windoblinds 6 to windowblinds 6.2

Always stops DL at eula.txt

ok. Whenever I try to load windowblinds 6, Vista tells me it is incompatible. So I start stardock and it tells me there is an update available for it. OK. I click update, it downloads like 2 things, then gets to the file called "Eula.txt" and for some reason cannot download it. The update always fails. Any help?

The email address you use in SDC "MUST" be the same as you used to purchase the program. I seem to remember an IRC discussion that had to do with Paypal and the email address being linked to Paypal instead of the purchaser.

Oh no.... yes it seems I have two different emails. How do I resolve this?

In SDC where you register the program (Tools>Register Products) you need to type in the one you used in the purchase.

You can also "cross-reference" your email accounts at Stardock.com to help you access Wincustomize.......

oh...and another note. I don't have access to the email used to purchase. I have two emails registered with my paypal account. The MAIN DEFAULT one is invalid now, as the company has since gone under. I never got around to changing it, I just added an additional email to the account. so I won't be able to "cross-reference' the emails

You rec'd an email with instructions and links to your downloads correct? Use THAT email address and follow the instructions.

If the problem persists try IRC (use the Chat client in SDC) and there may be someone available to help. It's the weekend so support staff is off till Monday but some hang out in IRC from time to time.

Edit: I was typing when you responded. You will need to go to Stardock.com/support and follow the instructions to change your email. Like I said above it's the weekend and your best bet is IRC.
