Downloading painfully slow

Hi All,

I'm currently downloading Sins of a Solar Empire and it will not download any faster than 16kbps.  I've restarted several times to no avail, but my current download is scheduled to take over 11 hours.  My internet connection is high-speed cable, and I've downloaded games from Stardock Central recently and it's been fine, so it's not my computer.  I've also tried the two different available networks, but no luck.  Anyone else having this problem?
