Changing Colors

So I'm new to this stuff and I recently got the Novum skin which I like a lot, but I want to change the color of the toolbar and the title bars of windows. The default color is black with transparency and I want to change it to blue or something. I went into the "Colour" section of WindowBlinds but I haven't been able to find anything which will allow me to change the color of the toolbar. Any help would be appreciated.

I overlooked this one for a long time too. In 'Colours' on the right side, middle, it says 'Change system colours'. Note that you quickly loose all your new settings if you are not careful. Note also that when you used the option to globally enrichen the colours, all colours set up here will look differently on the skin. Or in other words: the dialog is not affected by the option, making it nearly impossible then to choose the correct/desired colour.
