Entitled to free full version download??

Hey guys..
Don't shoot me if this is a stupid question!!
But for some reason I was under the impression about 6 months ago when I payed for the Beta version, that we were able to download the full version when it came out?
But I was reading through the website and it said something about an in-game update?
But My hard drive got qiped a while back and haven't bothered.. I cant find a tech email thats why im posting this, and I'm sorry for making you all read my novel! : )

Simplest solution, reinstall Stardock Central, request your serial numbers (Sins should be among them) and download Sins retail.

But i thought the beta was only accesible if you pre-ordered?

Anyway, once you're done downloading be sure to hit the ingame "download updates" button, since all pre-orders count as digital Collectors Editions.

Log onto SC, download the game, then hit Update inside the game to download the patches and other materials.
