Stardock SINS key

Hi,
I purchased SINS via Stardock digital download but sill didn't get my key. That's about 7 hours ago, is this normal?

Did you use paypal to pay (If so, it may take time for payment to clear)?

Did you use the same email address on the store as you do for forums/SDC?

Have you checked your spam filters? If the email did not get through, you can enter your address at http://support.stardock.com to resend.

I did use paypal, but it said that the payment was done immidiately.
I checked my spam filters, no email there.
The email is the same on the store as on the forums.
I got an email right now from the suppurt site.

Why's that? I did buy the game 7 hours ago. ^^ Also I emailed [email protected] yesterday, still no answer.
