I just bought GC Ultimate Pack online. Where do I go to download?

You know, clicking on purchase in this site, buy this game, paypal check out, paypal bill received on my email. Where is the link to get the game?

I read the faqs and it seems that I need to wait for an email after they finish processing the purchase.

Does anyone know how long this usually takes?

In the confirmation e-mail "Thank You for Shopping with Stardock" (with your order number and all the serial numbers) from [email protected] there is at the end a click-able hyper-link to download the bundle, which will also include Stardock Central, which you can use to update your program. At least that is how it worked for me as of a couple weeks ago.

I haven't received the "Thank You for Shopping with Stardock" email, only the Paypal bill. How long does it take for them to send that email usually?

If you did not have the money already on your paypal account, then it will probably take a few days to process the bank transfer to paypal, then paypal will give us the money and you'll get your serial and directions.

Actually, I put money on my paypal account from my bank about 2 weeks ago. I waited till last Monday and it was cleared. I had about $80 on my paypal account after it was cleared. After I purchased the game, I have now about less than $20.

So, I can safely assume it is not a paypal clearing problem, if there is a problem that is.
