Research: More capital ships?

Hi all.

First of all I want to say....This game ROCKS!!

Second, I have a problem finding out to build more than 2 Capital ships. When I want to upgrade to a higher Command level, it says I need to research in "Formalized Traning Plan". I simply can't seem to find this in ANY of the 3 research windows. Anyone who can help with this?

You have your military research, your civic type research, your fleet type research, and your artifacts window(which I still haven't found).

The third one, the fleet research. The top portion of that is for capital ship crew training, the bottom part is to increase the number of ships you can have(all ship types, but not capital ship crew).

Go to your research screen and toggle "fleet logistics".
