Having difficulty upgrade cap ship limit with advent

Maybe I'm completely lost, but i can't find any of the skills required for cap ship limit increasing on the advent tree. warrior heritage and all that isn't even on the main trees and i've almost researched everything i can. HELP

The capital ship crews are researched in the Fleet Logistics section of the research screen

it's telling me I need 1 point in warrior ancestry, which I can't find.
