Feature Request: Removable Media Dock

I just thought of something cool... Could a dock or a dock section be made to expand and add icons for removable drives (such as USB flash) when they are mounted, and remove the icon and shrink the dock when the device is removed?

I have a Fly-out docklet that points to Computer. Every time it opens it shows whatever drives are available.
It would be cool to be able to say "Create Tab from Folder" and use Computer for that.
