Skin changing problems

Hey, I just bought Windows Blinds and its cool and all but I'm having problems now. Everytime I try to switch skins it goes to the windows classic skin. I downloaded a skin from here and tried adding it and it went to classic. So its now doing this with every skin I've got. Question is, how can I fix it so it will go to the appropriate skin I choose?

Can you post the system info from WB config? That's the first step in getting help.....

Now it says it hasn't been registered yet but im sending the email right now for activation and that one attatchement.

Ok, i just got this sig.bin or something like that and it has to be opened in internet explorer i think but internet explorer doesn't work on my computer so i had to uninstall it.

My software wont activate. Im having problems in re activating it after my computer crashed. I put the Sig.bin in the folder and Windows blinds says"it appears to be activated" but nothing, and no skins apply", and upon closing it, sig.bin deletes itself.

I would, but my point is my modem died. and the other activation meethod wont work :O( im pissed off
