GalCiv II Gold Cheats/Trainer

Does anyone know cheats, or where I can get a trainer for the gold edition? All the web stuff for either Dreadlords or Dark Avatar doesn't seem to work with the gold edition.

Make sure you're pointing your shortcut with cheat flag at the game itself, not the launcher. The cheat codes do work.
