WB6 install not completeing

Okay I've had windowblinds before and just got a new computer with Vista on it, so I try to download WB6 and install. It downloads fine, but when it installs, it stops after 94% and then sits there and reboots the computer, then there is this pop up message that says(paraphrasing) "Inorder to complete install computer MUST be rebooted....if you've seen this dialog box before, then you must deactivate any adware registry / spyware firwalls"

basically it says I have to allow windowblinds to not be blocked. However, I put them on the allow list and deactivated..everything re-downloaded, re-installed and I still get the same message. I dont have Norton or anything, I just have regular windows firewalls and that.

Can you tell me if this is common, or if I missed something? How do I fix it.

My guess is your SDC isn't updated or updating. Please use these steps to do a quick uninstall/reinstall of Stardock Central.

-Run the file here: http://sd.stardock.com/mike/apps/remove_sdc.bat
-Restart your computer
-Reinstall SDC from here: http://sdc.stardock.com/sdcentral_setup.exe

They work fine from here.  What browser are you using?  FF dispalys them as text and IE tries to prevent me downloading . . but both issues can be overcome. :)

I didn't know about the FF trouble with thoes links. I tried it from this end with IE as per Zubaz and it worked out alright. Let me know if you still have troubles.
