Taskbar Transparency when windows start's

I would like to know why my taskbar isint transparent when windows start's up ?? i have theme with transparency taskbar and after my windows start i must click on taskbar and select lock taskbar (i dunno how is this writen in english but if you click right mouse button on taskbar you have this option on top of Properties it's 2nd option from bottom in this menu) and if i click it then my taskbar is reloaded and it's transparence and then ive select this option again and now i have transparency taskbar :/ but when i start windows again when i turn my computer On i must repeat this again :/ or reload WB theme.

Could someone tell my why is it this way ?

open WB configure
click the system info tab
click the copy text button

your files appear to be a combination of the trial/standalon and SDC versions
