How do I upload backgrounds and pictures?

I can't find where to upload backgrounds and the pictures i have made.. help?

What kind of backgrounds? You mean wallpapers? Under your nick/pic, Submit to Gallery, that will take you to a page where you can select the gallery and then that will take you to the page where you can upload your stuff.
