Turn WB off but keep theme?

OK is there a way to turn off WindowBlinds but still have the theme on? I right clicked the program icon on the right bottom corner and hit "Unload WindowBlinds" ok the program was off but my normal XP theme came back on.. coz if I keep WB on, won't it lag the PC?

No, WB is faster and uses fewer system resources because it works directly with your machine's graphics card.
