ObjectDock Free version VS Paid Version?

I just installed the free version of ObjectDock and was wondering what everyone thinks of the paid version?

Is it worth it to get the paid version over the free version?  :)

The tabs alone are worth it in my opinion.  :)

You guys are going to cost me $20. LOL ! :SURPRISED:

Should I uninstall the free version before first before installing the plus version?

Would I loose all the extra icons that I downloaded?

No you can retain the icons but you will want to save them aside. You have to uninstall the trial before Plus or there are conflicts.

I never used the free version much. I wanted more than one dock, I wanted systray support. So the free version just didn't cut it.
Then Stardock released OD+, and I've been hooked ever since! It's well worth the 20$ IMHO. :HOT:

Ditto!

You wont lose your icons when you switch. I saved them in another file anyway, just in case, and never had to use it. The tabbed docks are so cool and the ability to tweak the colors wonderful. You'll love it!

You have the option to just dowload OD thru the link in the email after you've bought it,you also have the other option of using Stardock Central, which most of us use i would assume,it just makes it easier to update any bought software, you'll find OD listed in the "misc" column,Stardock Central (SDC for short)is a download & packaging app for all stardock products,it also installs them & can create backups of the older releases before you update to the newer version.

The beta updates are always worth the try. In many cases they boil down to one of two things. Either the implementing of a new tool or feature or the correction of a file identifed by the last version. So like I said always a good idea to try them out.

When I first tried OD free, it was basically an accessory at the bottom of my screen.

When I upgraded to plus, it changed the way I use Windows! Definitely one of the best ways you could spend $20! :CONGRAT:
