Hello,

I found the system requirements here:
https://www.stardock.com/products/windowblinds/
And click on "System Requirements".

They are:
Windows Vista (32-bit) and Windows XP/2003 (Starting with WindowBlinds 5.5)
Windows 2000, ME, 98 users can use WindowBlinds Classic (v4.6).

I will find out for you if there's a way you can purchase v4.6. It is not listed on the website anymore, so I'm not sure if it is possible.

I will post my findings on Monday! (The office is starting to empty out, otherwise I'd ask someone now.)

Have a good weekend.

You can purchase teh current version of WindowBlinds, then ask to be sent a download link to version 4.6. [email protected] can help, but it now won't be until Monday  :)

Thanks Fuzzy Logic! You're absolutely right. Go ahead and purchase what is currently offered and I can switch the registration and get you the download link. Just make sure to email [email protected] after you make the purchase so I can make the switch.
