Glassy Look?

Yesterday I reinstalled my computer, and also installed WindowBlinds and applied the skin. But i didn't get glassy look on the window(Only on start menu and taskbar). But before reinstallation, IO had glassy look on all windows. Why?

I use XP and windowblinds 6. And Thanks in advance.

Many thanks! I think it is aerogalss or something? I am not sure, but i will check when i go home.

I had the similar problem before. I bought Windowblinds on November. I downloaded some skins. But all they did not look as they were posted on the website, for example: do not have glassy effect. Sometimes when i tried some skins, the theme changed to basic one, something like windows 95. One time when i tried the same skin, I got the glassy look. But i am still wondering how I got it. Is it because I changed somethings in my system?
