Can't Change Scrollbar Color

I am stymied on how to do the simplest task, such as, how to change the color of the scrollbar, for example. My steps were, Look&Feel> Change Visual Style Color>Change System Colors> Scroll to"System Color: Scrollbar>Change Color> Click on color palette> OK>Close Window> Apply Changes> Restart Browser. Nothing happens. Roughly the same sequence with no result for changing icons either. Thanks

Maybe because I only purchased "windowBlinds" just to see if it was easy to use and intuitive. UH, no... I ran into way too many WTF moments to consider upgrading to Object Desktop. If I can't easily do the simplest task on some software, what's the point?. I upgraded to the latest version today( after un-installing ) and still no joy. I mean, some terms ( specifically in the "Change System Colors )might be OBVIOUS to the programmer but to the average Joe who just wants to gussy up that darn boring grey theme

If you need help with the interface you can check the Wiki (but not in this case)and that might help, or post in the forums and someone will be happy to help.

I'm going to see if I can't get a answer for this.

The scrollbar system colour is only used for unskinned scrollbars.  Most skins come with scrollbar bitmaps which override the system colour.

To change the scrollbar colour you can either use the entire skin recolouring option, or open the skin in SkinStudo and change the bitmaps used for the scrollbar in that particular skin.
