stuck! need to pass this on for help.....

Hi guys,

well, im 95% finished for my first blind (last one was joint effort with Unclerob) and ive come to a wall.
I have a couple of things I JUST CANT GET RIGHT!

1. Progress bar wont stretch, just tiles itself.

2. On subskin, "log off / turn off computer" buttons have dissapeared.

3. On subskin, "mouse-over" on start menu places is just a solid colour. (instead of thin line like the normal skin)

I think thats it, i got the rest "down" lol....

Now, i have spent AGES trying to sort these 3 out, and ive now given up, just dont know what else to do.
So, is anyone willing to take this and fix these for me? (and also test run)

Check the length of the file name...cant be more than 60 characters. :HOT:

Yayh!

The name was originally 40 characters, so i changed to 30 and it works!
Cool, many thx for that.

And it also worked for the mouse over problem.

But i still have problem with the progress bar not being stretched, only tiled.

oh, and the "log-off" window (same as the shut down window) always shows as windows blue colour, even though in skin studio it is skinned.

Blind is ready after these!

Sometimes thats the same problem...rename the file.Also...I think you have to have both perpixel and non perpixel skinned or it may not show.

That includes the Skin name and file name I believe.Happens a lot when creating substyles...images that used to show suddenly disappear because the name gets too long.

Ahh, ok, i didnt include that.......

I will try the per pixle thing, see if that works.

But for the life of me, i cant get this freekin progress bar to stretch! Drivin me nuts!
