How can I configure an Icon to open Windows Explorer at a specific Folder

My First Day with ObjectDock Plus

Hi, I'm so new to all this I'm not even sure how to ask the right question!

I think the post title pretty well sums it up. I've just migrated from RocketDock where I could chose 'link' and open a folder in Windows Explorer but I can't work out how to do it with ObjectDock Plus

Also how do I manage to open Tabs?

Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I've given up on Trying to convert the My Documents icon to actually point at the location of My Documents. Instead I've dragged a shortcut to My Documents from my desktop onto the ObjectDock bar and have added my own icon. Is that the best way to do it?

I still can't manage to open any Tabbed skin.
