I HAVE bought the products....

Hi - I have bought the whole Stardock suite for USD49 but my downloads from WinCustomise are still limited! I HAVE cross linked my accounts - but the site appears to "forget"...

After downloading 5 skins it again tells me I must buy products or subscribe...
I crosslink AGAIN, download 5 more skins and the problem is back again.....
Is this a bug on the site, a pointless and very irritating nag or am I doing something wrong?

Hmmmm ..... something has got messed up probably. Send an e-mail to [email protected] and they will fix it for you. Maybe not today though as it's Sunday. B[]

Yep; your profile shows you as current customer, you have no download cap.
Sometimes, due to server glitches it takes a while for your profile to truly be updated.
