Windowblinds doesn't work properly

I have Windowblinds 6 installed for vista. In settings I have it checked to load on start up (it doesn't), keep icon in sys tray (it doesn't) I have it check to change my wall paper in order (it doesn't). When I hit the apply changes button it pauses, flashes black and says it's not responding and shut's itself down. Vista Ultimate, ati 1650 graphics, zone alarm virus. I am able to change visual styles without a problem, it's just the rest of windowblinds doesn't seem to be working. Any suggestions?

Can you open the WB config, go to the Sys info tab and post the results?
