AIM 6.5 and WindowBlinds

I'm using the most current window blinds with AIM 6.5 and I was wondering if anyone knows a way or workaround so that the skin I'm using will be applied to AIM. All I really care about is the transparency, but if anyone knows how I can take care of this it would be appreciated. thanks!

It should default to apply on AIM. On a regular install it isn't skinning the application? Can you throw in a screen shot?
