Not so much improve, but to help accessibility compliance with Section 508

I used AccVerify when I was using FrontPage.
Now they switched me to SharePoint and it comes with a checker

on a whiney side note... while 508 can be useful or necessary... in my case it's mandatory and somewhat of a pain in the arse for a noncoding webtroll.
