How to resize Tab/Background?

I'm using Aero Tab #2 Black Font background tab style. It looks good but it is a little bit too wide(or maybe it would be better to say too high), so it partially covers windows menus.
Look at the picture and you will understand what I am talking about.

The question is:
How can I edit it so it will look like in attached picture!?

Not possible, or nobody knows how?
I realize it should be possible to do so in background.ini files of particular theme, but I do not know how. I've been trying but since I don't understand the logic of the script, I didn't change anything?

For the top dock you can edit the OutsideBorderBottom tag in the background.ini....add or decrease the number amount till you have what you want.
